I canned a few jars of these and made applesauce
This is a lifesaver...it was my Grandmother's... I like it!
This is good for straining juices, taking seeds out and saving pulp..if any of you have any other uses for this please let me know...
Soak apple slices and peelings in Fruit Fresh or
use lemon juice and salt to your water to prevent fruit from turning brown.
I use the peelings and cores for making jelly
