Another dollar store transformation!  This spooked up design began as a .99 cent plastic cauldron.  We drilled holes around the edge to hang Podgeable shapes, hot glued burlap to the sides and base and decorated Podgeable shapes with paper, Mod Podge and embellishments.  For complete Instructions visit our page at PLAID...Instructions Here!
