Canning Vegetable Soup

Vegetable Souptomatoes, potatoes, onions, peppers, carrots, green beans, sweet peas, green lima beans, fresh sweet corn, fresh okra, fresh cabbage.  This is going to be a quick helper for me this Winter when I want to be creating, sewing, crafting...I can't wait!Fresh Green Lima BeansDon't they look beautiful in the canner?  Such a vibrant color

Don't you just love how the canned goods look, temporarily at least on the Hoosier Cabinet?

My problem is that with this batch the lima beans lost some of their water and I tried to troubleshoot to solve the problem but to no avail...will freeze if I have too...I just wanted to try it at least once because I remember my Grand Mama Cora canning her beans.
